Take part in the Défi Meilleurs Employeurs and obtain a summary report outlining your organization’s results free of charge!

Summary report

The summary report is an enabler for your organization, whether you are a finalist or not. It contains:

  • A comparison of your results with the global results of all Défi participants within the dimensions measured
  • A presentation of the differences between manager and employee results
  • The perception of commitment towards your organization
  • A selection of typical employee comments
  • New feature! A comparison of your results with those of a representative sample of Canadian firms polled in our WorkCanadaTM survey.

A guide explaining how to interpret the data and read the report is also provided.

Note: Your organization can obtain the summary report outlining your results as early as July; however, the report including the global results for all Défi participants will only be sent to you once this year’s winners are announced in the fall.

Customized report

Here's your chance to find out more! Do the results for certain survey dimensions fall below your expectations? Would you like to further target your action plans? Find the answer to your questions in a customized report, prepared for your organization at an additional fee (although modest for a survey of this scope). Here are some of the features of the customized report :

  • All employee comments (verbatim)
  • Scores obtained for each survey question
  • Detailed analysis of your organization’s strengths and challenges, as well as the main observations that emerge from the survey results.
  • Suggested action items tailored to your needs and recommended by the experts at Watson Wyatt Canada.
