Confidentiality

Confidentiality is always a concern for employees when they are asked their honest opinion about their employer.

The data will be processed by Watson Wyatt only. The selection committee will work with personalized reports from the participating organizations (and any verbatim comments). Participating organizations may choose to receive a summary or a detailed report outlining their results, in return for minimal fees.

If you go the online route, access to the site will be by Personal Identification Number (PIN). Watson Wyatt will assign random PINs for your employees’ use. Only the first set of numbers will identify the organization. Data will be stored on a secure server.

If you opt for paper, you will be asked to collect the completed employee questionnaires in sealed envelopes, and return them to Watson Wyatt to be processed.
